What is ‘Tons Lifted’ and How-To Use it?



What is ‘Tons Lifted’? Tons lifted, quite simply is that overall amount of weight you lifted throughout your session by calculating weight x reps.

Tons lifted is your overall body of work and can be used to quantify your workout.

This data can be great in giving you views into the consistency of your workouts, or see how your workout builds as you increase volume session over session. You can also see your how your training cycle ramps over time.

Seeing this is a great motivation tool as you continue to get strong and attack more weight.
