With the Beast Sensor you have the ability to track just about anything you want. Do you implement push ups in your workout? We do, we believe that push ups (daily) should be in your workouts with variations. Push ups are great for not only your chest, but works your back, shoulders, triceps, and helps in stabilizing your core.

You can use Beast to track your speed and explosion from body weight to weighted push ups.

Hi! How do you control the weight input with push ups? With pull ups it’s your body weight plus any extra weight. But push ups would be more difficult

@disqus_aDjYryZxBO:disqus simply input your BW + any other load you have attached. If you are doing push ups use plated weights and have a spotter put the added weight on your upper back. This will maximize your power and allow you to scale. You can also used banded resistance on pushups. Hold the band under the palm of your hands and have it go around the middle of you upper back just over the opposite side of your chest.

      Thanks for the questions.
