The New Italian Legend, Peter Fill

Beast Technologies would like to congratulate with the new Downhill World Cup Champion Peter Fill for his latest amazing success, achieved in a wonderful season of hard training and determination: with 462 points accomplished with 10 useful results, Peter joined the history, becoming a legend of the Italian sport.
For the first time in 50 years an Italian athlete won the Downhill World Cup, leading the rank by 26 points over Askel Lund Svindal, and by 30 on both the compatriot Dominik Paris and the norwegian Kjetil Jansrud.

The last course in St. Moritz, on Corvaglia’s track, started with half an hour of delay because of the bad weather. Feuz won with just 8 hundredths of advantage on the American Steven Nyman.
Dominik Paris bravely faced the race despite the injury caused by the crash on the testing day but he closed at the 19th place, out of the points zone.
Closing at the 10th place (thanks to Jansrud’s 4th place) was enough for Peter Fill, proof that after such a great season “my worst placement of this championship gave me the victory” (said Peter Fill itself after the race).

Our congratulations also go to all FISI’s club, an example of excellence between italian’s sport clubs, thanks to the attention on athlete’s performances, improved everyday by it’s great coaches.

Great job Peter!
