Today we have released a new update to the app for iOS with the Android update coming next week!
The new features include an ADD EXERCISE feature in app! It is simple, open the app, click start workout, and if the exercise you want is not in there, don’t worry, simply add it, and go!
We also added a new widget, MEAN POWER WEEKLY, this gives your week by week power views of your exercises so you can compare week over week if and how your power is progressing. If you want to know how to use Power as a Data Measure we have a great article here explaining how to use it!
