3 Easy Steps to Programming with Beast

The Beast Sensor is a powerful tool filled with data and metrics that allows you to get the most out of every workout from you or your clients.

If you are a Beast Trainer or Coach you have the ability to plan and oversee athletes in your training group. To build a Training Group look here: Manage Training Groups.

With Beast you cannot Copy or re-program a workout once it is completed, you must build everything on the front end. The easiest way to do so is in 3 easy steps:

1) Select your Athlete (or your profile) and Plan a Workout.

2) Create a basic workout outline (i.e Bench, press, pull, accessories, etc) and build one for each training day of the week.

3) Once you have your 2-5 workouts created for the week, select Copy, the page will copy your workout and allow you to change the date for the future, as well as edit any workout details, for example if you build a 6 week program and you are steadily increasing weights or reps.

This may seem a bit of a hassle on the front end, but once you have this completed it is easy to continue to build out quickly and stay on top of your programming. Make sure to remember, you cannot copy a workout, once it has been completed, only before.
